Yes we charge for a minimum of 1 hour which costs £70 plus call out fee. Our call out fee is a small charge of £10 to cover petrol costs.  You will only be charged one call out fee per visit. So basically it’s £70 per hour

Our repair service usually takes a maximum of 5 days, but the engineer will advise you on the estimated time scale at the quote stage.

Our pickup and delivery service offers flexibility and convenience and costs £20.

We will contact you before returning the repaired computer or laptop to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

We accept payment in cash, online payments, or cheque.

Yes, you can choose to limit the booking to one hour and the engineer will do their very best to complete the work within the agreed timescale.  However, if they do not feel this is realistic they will advise you on how long they anticipate the job will take at the quote stage.

Yes – our minimum charging period is one hour.
