“An engineer arrived less than an hour after I called them, to look at a computer that kept freezing. He explored it and then took away the processor. He called later to say he’d bring it back that evening and charged me for three hours work. He had to uninstall several programms and said it has a virus infection, which he had removed. When he returned it, he spent some time to explain the new software he’d installed and showed me how to run a system backup. The computer now runs fine again. I’ve already passed his details on to friends who might need his services and will call him again if and when.”
