Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about our computer repair service
Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes we charge for a minimum of 1 hour which costs £60 plus call out fee. Our call out fee is a small charge of £10 to cover petrol costs. You will only be charged one call out fee per visit. So basically it’s £60 per hour
How long do repairs normally take?
Our repair service usually takes a maximum of 5 days, but the engineer will advise you on the estimated time scale at the quote stage.
What are the pickup/delivery costs?
Our pickup and delivery service offers flexibility and convenience and costs £20.
How will I know when my computer or laptop will be returned?
We will contact you before returning the repaired computer or laptop to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment in cash, online payments, or cheque.
Can I limit the booking to one hours’ work?
Yes, you can choose to limit the booking to one hour and the engineer will do their very best to complete the work within the agreed timescale. However, if they do not feel this is realistic they will advise you on how long they anticipate the job will take at the quote stage.
If the repair takes only forty minutes, will I have to pay for a full hour?
Yes – our minimum charging period is one hour.

We cover all of north/west London including areas such as: Queens Park, Kensal Rise, Willesden, Willesden Green, Cricklewood, West Hampstead,Hampstead, Kilburn, Ladbroke Grove, Notting Hill, Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith etc.
